Wreath Work Session with Winston



Winston kept me company today while I made paper clay wreaths. I am hoping to get some of these wreaths ready for a show in May. I also want to hang some up on my front door. I am firing the first two with colorful matte glazes, as I type. They came out of the bisque firing last weekend. Many of the Red Velvet clay wreaths have been casualties to cracking, especially the wreaths made with hollow tubes. Paper clay is so forgiving, it's great!
